Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Agile|OS™, operated by HyprPlus LLC ("Company"). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Agile|OS™ is a web-based agile project management platform designed for teams adopting agile methodologies. The service includes Sprint planning, backlog management, daily standup facilitation, retrospectives, and team metrics.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use Agile|OS™. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for its intended purpose — managing agile team workflows. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Interfere with the service's infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service
• Store illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Resell access to the service without authorization

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Free Tier: Access to the Sprint Calculator and basic features at no cost, with no time limit.

Paid Plans: Billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

Free Trials: 14-day trials grant access to paid features with no credit card required. After the trial, your account reverts to the Free tier. All data is preserved.

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you enter into Agile|OS™. We do not claim ownership of your stories, Sprint data, retrospective content, or team information. You may export your data at any time.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HyprPlus LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be purged within 30 days.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.
