HyprPlus LLC ("Company", "we", "our") operates Agile|OS™ (theagileos.com). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our service.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and organization name. If you choose password authentication, your password is hashed and salted — we never store plaintext passwords.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the service, including pages visited, features used, and Sprint/team activity. This data is used to improve the product and provide personalized coaching.

Payment Information: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your full credit card number. We store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.

Team Data: User stories, Sprint data, retrospective content, and metrics you enter are stored in our database to provide the service. This data belongs to you.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve Agile|OS™
• Send transactional emails (account verification, trial reminders, payment receipts)
• Generate team metrics and coaching recommendations
• Prevent fraud and ensure security
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your team data to train AI models. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with Row-Level Security (RLS) policies ensuring organization-scoped data isolation. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Infrastructure is hosted on AWS in US regions.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will purge all your data within 30 days. Backups containing your data may persist for up to 90 days before automatic deletion.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Export all your data in CSV format from Settings
• Correction: Update your information at any time in Settings
• Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data from Settings
• Portability: Export your data in a machine-readable format

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies only — for authentication session management. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase: Database and authentication
• Stripe: Payment processing
• Vercel: Application hosting
• Resend: Transactional emails
• Sentry: Error monitoring (no PII collected)

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
